We use durable fabrics like high-density nylon and polyester, known for their abrasion resistance and strength, ensuring longevity and protection in extreme environments. Our proprietary EcoWarm Insulation, made from premium poly wadding, is designed to withstand temperatures as low as -30°C while providing optimal warmth without bulk. This innovative insulation is lightweight, breathable, and crafted from sustainable materials, making it an eco-friendly choice for adventurers.

We take innovation a step further by incorporating ultrasonic technology in our manufacturing processes. This cutting-edge technique ensures seamless construction, enhanced durability, and superior waterproofing, eliminating the need for traditional stitching. The result is a jacket that not only performs under the harshest conditions but also exudes a sleek, modern aesthetic.

From fabric to finished garment, most of our products are entirely made in-house at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This allows us to maintain stringent quality control at every step—from rigorous fabric testing for water resistance, windproofing, and breathability to final garment inspections ensuring durability and comfort.
